The residential building Mediterráneo 176, designed by Figuerola Arquitectos and Impuls Arquitectura , stands on the seafront with a design characterized by continuous terraces that surround the south and west facades. The natural oak wood soffit by Parklex Prodema accentuates this horizontality, adding a warm tone that provides contrast with the rest of the materials. Its technical properties ensure longevity and protection against water, UV rays, and other extreme weather elements of the coastal environment.
