The New Minneapolis Public Service Building by Henning Larsen and MSR Design brings ten city departments together under one roof. Reimagining the role of civic spaces, the design fosters connections between the community of workers and public space through double-height interiors, a street-facing foyer, and a second floor integrated with the city’s skyway system. Inside, Parklex Prodema’s natural wood flooring adds to the warm atmosphere — engineered for high-traffic environments, its durability and low-maintenance needs ensure it meets the rigorous demands of contemporary civic institutions.
