The Youtopia building in Santiago, Chile, is part of a chain of sports centres across Latin America. The 4,300m2 space includes fitness areas, studios, a swimming pool, spa and cafeteria.

The centre’s wooden facade is covered in PARKLEX PRODEMA Antra cladding. The dark Antra finish gives the building a unique visual aesthetic, whilst the panels’ outer film protects them from solar radiation, atmospheric agents and dirt. This means they require no maintenance to keep their natural wood veneer.

The ventilated facade also helps to regulate the interior temperature of the building.
