The Martino Lake House, designed by David E. Surface on the shores of Lake Burton, blends rustic charm with advanced technology. Clad in natural wood slats from Parklex Prodema, this residence requires no recurring maintenance for its facade, as the panels offer high resistance to extreme weather conditions.
The Landaburu Borda rural house integrates natural oak wood panels, harmonizing with the concrete structure. PARKLEX PRODEMA panelling and flooring provide durability and aesthetic continuity. Design details, such as mitered edges and battens for concealed fixings, ensure a clean, polished appearance, allowing the wood to expand and contract without compromising the design integrity.
The natural wood flooring extends from the bedrooms into the bathrooms, maintaining continuity with the Country Oak finish on both the walls and furniture. The custom-made kitchen furniture is crafted using water-resistant panels in the same finish, ensuring a uniform aesthetic throughout the space.
In the bathroom of the Landaburu Borda farmhouse, natural oak wood is used to add warmth to the space. Thanks to the moisture-resistant treatment of the Parklex Prodema panels, the wood is incorporated into the walls, floors, and furniture, ensuring a cohesive visual flow with the bedrooms.
