Elle implique d\u2019int\u00e9grer les enjeux environnementaux d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res phases de conception, au m\u00eame titre que les contraintes fonctionnelles et formelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le secteur du b\u00e2timent ayant un impact direct sur les \u00e9missions mondiales de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre, chaque choix de conception \u2014 qu\u2019il concerne les mat\u00e9riaux, les syst\u00e8mes ou les m\u00e9thodes constructives \u2014 influe sur<strong> l\u2019empreinte carbone<\/strong> d\u2019un projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ce contexte, l\u2019architecture requiert une approche plus transversale et rigoureuse, dans laquelle design, technologie et mat\u00e9riaux convergent pour r\u00e9duire l\u2019<strong>impact environnemental<\/strong> sans compromettre la qualit\u00e9 architecturale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique : vers le \u00ab net zero \u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Longtemps au c\u0153ur du discours sur la durabilit\u00e9, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ne suffit plus \u00e0 elle seule. La <strong>neutralit\u00e9 climatique<\/strong> \u00e9largit cette vision : il ne s\u2019agit plus uniquement de r\u00e9duire la <strong>consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/strong>, mais d\u2019\u00e9quilibrer les \u00e9missions sur l\u2019ensemble du <strong>cycle de vie du b\u00e2timent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela implique d\u2019agir \u00e0 la fois sur le <strong>carbone op\u00e9rationnel<\/strong> et sur le <strong>carbone incorpor\u00e9<\/strong>, li\u00e9 aux mat\u00e9riaux et aux processus de construction. \u00c0 mesure que la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des b\u00e2timents progresse, ce dernier devient pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant. L\u2019architecte doit donc s\u2019appuyer, d\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res phases du projet, sur des outils d\u2019\u00e9valuation tels que l\u2019analyse du <strong>cycle de vie<\/strong> (ACV) et sur des d\u00e9cisions fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le design passif, socle de l\u2019architecture durable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La <strong>neutralit\u00e9 climatique<\/strong> se joue d\u00e8s l\u2019amont du projet.
