Since its inception, Parklex Prodema has been committed to creating surfaces that combine the warmth and beauty of natural timber with the durability demanded by high-performance architectural projects. A key milestone in our history was in 1993 when the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao required a floor that not only complemented its innovative interior design but could also withstand the traffic of over 1.3 million visitors annually.
From this project, we developed advanced technology that has perfected the resilience of our timber flooring, integrating techniques applied in outdoor settings for high-traffic flooring. This approach has allowed our products to maintain their elegance and durability, even in the most demanding environments. Below, we explore the main reasons why our flooring is the ideal choice for high-traffic commercial spaces.
